Shake Out
Outcomes

When to Use
- Between Agenda Items: A quick break to keep energy high during longer meetings.
- Start of Day / Mid-Day Recharge: Helps clear the mind and combat fatigue.
- Virtual or In-Person Sessions: Shake out together on camera or in a shared space.
Use SHAKE OUT whenever you need to re-energize participants, reinforce group cohesion, or simply add a playful jolt to a PwC session.
Instructions
1. Shake & Count
Right Hand: Shake while counting aloud from 1 to 8.
Left Hand: Same process, counting from 1 to 8.
Right Foot: Repeat, 1 to 8.
Left Foot: Repeat, 1 to 8.
2. Reduce the Count
- Start again with each limb, this time counting from 1 to 7, then 1 to 6, and so on until you reach 1.
3. Final Shake]
- End with a triumphant round of “1,1,1,1” for each limb, all together.
4. Make It Your Own
- For variety, use letters, random numbers, or spell words—anything to keep it light and fun.
Time Frame
2–5 Minutes: Perfect for a quick, energizing break without disrupting overall flow.
